In order to comply with the relevant industry regulations and to ensure the absolute safety of the vehicle in transport, the newly factory machine may not have electrolyte in the battery before the first start-up (except for mainland sales). The vehicle is supplied with a prepared battery electrolyte at the factory. The battery electrolyte is filled into the battery by a professional before the first use. First, place the car in a well-ventilated location, open the battery case lid, and open the whole plastic lids on the top of the battery. Lift the plastic pot containing the battery electrolyte with a plastic funnel and slowly pour the electrolyte into the battery until the liquid surface can be seen. After all batteries have been filled, the battery is charged in a timely manner according to the operating requirements of 5.1 initial charging.
Daily inspection
1.Check the hydraulic oil level:
Keep the fork to a minimum and refuel at 12L.
The recommended number plate is used for hydraulic oil.
2. Check the battery level.
3. See battery use and maintenance.
4. Check as needed.
5. Clean the forklift.
6. Check and tighten the fasteners.
7. Check for wheel damage.
