Know More Forklifts Safety Instructions

During operation of forklifts, make sure you follow the instructions below for personnel safety and normal use of the machine:
1. Before starting, adjust the seat to facilitate human operation, then pull up the hand brake, put the shift control handle in neutral, and press the clutch pedal or brake pedal. Make sure that the front, rear, left and right of the forklift are unmanned before you start it.
2. Look around the forklift. When carrying large cargo, with sight blocked, you should drive in reverse or under guide. When driving forklift in narrow aisle, being guided is also necessary. Make full use of rearview mirrors and reversing buzzers.
At intersections or other places with restricted sight, please make sure no one's being around before driving. Sufficient safety distance from the curb or platform edge should also be guaranteed in case of forklift falling. Since the forklift is steered by rear wheels, please slow down before turning.
3. It is forbidden to turn on the key switch while pressing the accelerator pedal. Do not start, brake or steer suddenly, as the cargo may fall down for sudden starting or braking, and sudden turn may tip the forklift, causing serious accidents. Whether under full load or no load, the hydraulic control handle must be operated slowly. When the fork is raised high, sudden operation to the handle may cause cargo falling or the truck tipping over. Do not drive the forklift when the fork is raised, otherwise it may cause unstable conditions and may cause the forklift to tip over. Do not use the tip of a fork to push or lift the cargo. When lifting the cargo with a fork tip, it may cause the forklift or the cargo to shake. Do not use a forklift to push or pull the cargo, otherwise the cargo may be damaged or dropped.
