This Tuesday is the Chinese traditional festival--Laba Festival. To celebrate the traditional culture, our company specially organized a unique Laba Festival activity - "Making Laba Garlic".
Laba Festival is one of the traditional Chinese festivals, symbolizing the end of winter and the arrival of spring. It is commonly associated with eating Laba porridge and Laba garlic. In order to make Laba garlic taste good, fresh garlic, high-quality vinegar is important. Wings prepared fresh garlic, vinegar, and white granulated sugar. The activity is divided into 3 groups and the group with good taste is the winning group.
Everyone exchanged tips on how to prepare Laba garlic. The practice is very simple. First, Peel the garlic cloves, next place them in a clean glass jar and pour in enough vinegar to allow the garlic cloves to soak completely. Then seal it and put it in a cool place,and after 2 weeks the garlic cloves will slowly turn green. This color symbolizes health and good fortune.The activity site was lively and filled with joy.
