Loader routine maintenance inspection items
The machine must be checked before and after operation every day. To ensure the safety of the operation. Check the contents as follows:
1. Check engine oil level
2. Check the coolant level
3. Check brake oil level
4. Check the hydraulic oil level
5. Check the fuel level and remove water and impurities from the fuel filter on the engine
6. Visual inspection around the machine to check whether the system is abnormal, leakage. Check the engine fan and drive belt
7. Check whether the working lights and indicators are damaged, and whether the electrical, gas, and oil circuits and pipelines are aging or damaged.
8. Check whether the tire is damaged and inflated enough (front wheel: 0.30-0.32MPa, rear wheel: 0.28-0.30MPa) Tire pressure must be controlled within the specified range. Whether the tire bolt is loose, the locking force is 830N.M.
9. Check the working condition of the retreat alarm
10. Grease each drive shaft according to the instructions in the lubrication drawing posted on the machine
11. Pull the pull ring of the manual water drain valve under the air storage tank outwards to waterproof the air storage tank. When more water is found in the gas storage tank, it indicates that the desiccant of the air dryer installed in the front side of the diesel tank has failed, and the dryer should be replaced in emergency.
12. Check the transmission oil level
13. Check brake pad wear.
14. Check the coupling bolts of all drive shafts
15. Keep battery terminals clean to avoid corrosion of terminals by acid mist
16. Check the lubrication condition of each lubricating oil point, install the lubrication diagram of the whole machine posted on the machine, and fill each drive shaft with grease
17. Check the oil level of the afterburner oil cup
18. Check whether the dust of the engine air filter affects the air intake effect
19. Check whether the connection bolts of the front and rear drive shaft are loose or fall off. The locking force is 530N.M.
20. Check whether connecting bolts such as pins are loose.
21. Check whether there is oil leakage, water leakage, electricity leakage, gas leakage phenomenon
