Explosion-proof forklifts are divided into electric explosion-proof forklifts and diesel explosion-proof forklifts. These two Explosion-proof Diesel Forklifts are used in Zone 1 which is defined as a place where an explosive atmosphere may occur during normal operation. Its explosion-proof grade is Ex d e ib mb IIB T4 GbEx tD ibD mbD A21 IP65 T135℃. The outlook and the fuel are the same as the 3-ton diesel forklifts, but they need a much higher safety class which must be reflected in every detailed explosion-level parts listed below:

1.  Explosion-proof diesel forklift power: Explosion-proof diesel engine, explosion-proof air intake system, explosion-proof exhaust flame arrestor, explosion-proof oil, gas, and water control system, and explosion-proof power supply device.
2. Explosion-proof generator, explosion-proof starter motor.
3. Explosion-proof diesel engine fan cooling belt and fan blade.
