The working conditions of the loaders are relatively harsh, often traveling and operating in uneven construction sites, and the machine parts are easily get strong vibration or collision, which may loosen or damage the machine parts. Therefore, in order to ensure the good performance of the loader and prolong the service life,in addition to familiarize with the structure of each part of the machine, it is also necessary to check and maintain the technical condition of the machine according to the requirements on a regular basis. (Except for the engine, please refer to the engine manual for the technical maintenance.)
I. The loader oil and lubrication precautions
1. When filling the fuel, hydraulic oil and grease, should clean the oil injection tool containers and parts, to prevent water, sludge, debris into the oil.
2. When filling all kinds of oil, the machine must be put in a horizontal position. In addition to observe by the oil level indicator device, stop filling until the oil plug overflows. The gearbox dipstick is on the gearbox cover.
3. When refilling the lubricating oil, the dirty oil should be drained, and the cleaning oil should be injected into the original working oil level. Let the engine run for a few minutes under empty load condition, and drain the cleaning oil after stopping the engine, then add the clean new oil. If oil is too viscous, it can be diluted with a little warmth beforehand.
4.The working oil and the type of lubricant should be changed according to the actual situation and the usage requirements under different working conditions of low or high temperatures.

III. Lubrication
Proper lubrication can greatly reduce the friction resistance of the machine and the wear of the parts, thus prolonging the service life of the machine.
When lubricating the machine, please pay attention to the precautions for using oil as mentioned in the above table. Lubrication of the engine should be carried out in accordance with the engine manual.
IV. Routine Maintenance
Routine maintenance should be carried out before and after each shift and during operation. It does not contain much content, but it is extremely important for normal operation and the reduction of accidents. The main work of routine maintenance is:
1. Before and after the operation, the exposed parts of the machine should be kept neat and clean.
2. Check the fasteners for looseness and loss, and make them tightened and replenished.
3. Check whether there is any damage to each part of the machine.
4. Check whether there is enough lubricating oil in each lubrication place.
5. Check all the oil tanks (fuel tank, working oil tank, brake master cylinder), the oil level must be filled enough.
6. Check whether the engine cooling water is added enough.
7. Check whether the wire connector of the electrical system is loose, and whether the battery power is enough.
8. Check whether the instrumentation and lighting is working well.
9. Check whether the maneuver is flexible and reliable.
10. Check whether there is oil leakage, water leakage after starting, and whether there is any abnormal sound.
11. Test whether the brake is reliable, steering is flexible.
V. Regular maintenance
(a) Weekly technical maintenance (after about 50 working hours)
In addition to routine maintenance items, the following items are also required:
1. Check whether the travel of the foot brake pedal meets the requirements, and adjust it according to requirements.
2. Tighten the front and rear drive shaft coupling bolts, drive axle coupling bolts, and tire nuts.
3. Check the liquid height and specific gravity of the battery in a single cell (specific gravity of 1.24- 1.27 at 15℃). If it is not enough, add distilled water and charge it.
4. Injection nozzle pressure calcium-based lubricating grease.
(b) Monthly technical maintenance (about 200 working hours)
In addition to daily and weekly technical maintenance items, also need to add the following items:
1. Measuring tire air pressure. If insufficient, should be made up air.
2. Clean the filters of fuel and hydraulic oil.
3. Check the brake system for oil leakage or damage.
4. Check and torque the wheel hub bolts, brake disc and bearing cover bolts.
(c) Quarterly technical maintenance (after about 600 working hours)
In addition to daily, weekly and monthly technical maintenance items, the following items should be added:
1. Check the leakage of multi-way valve and various cylinders, if there is any serious phenomenon that makes the working device fall, it should be repaired and excluded.
2. Check whether the brake master cylinder bowl is broken or not.
3. Adjust the wheel bearing clearance, and make the brake disc outer face jump less than 0.20mm.
(d) Semi-annual technical maintenance (about 1200 working hours)
In addition to daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly technical maintenance program, but also need to add the following items:
1. Replace all the oil for fuel and oil circuit system, oil for hydraulic system, gear oil for transmission and front and rear axles, and brake oil. And clean the pipes, tubes, filters, etc., and then inject new purified oil.
2. Dismantle and clean the brake master cylinder and check the braking effect.
3. Check the front and rear axles, the main transmitter gear mesh, if the gear gap between the master and slave bevel gears is too large, it should be adjusted within 0.2-0.34mm.
4. Check the working device and frame, whether there is deformation, weld fracture phenomenon.
Winter technical maintenance
1. Replace winter lubricating oil and fuel.
2. When the winter temperature is lower than 0 。C, must use antifreeze liquid.
3. The battery discharge rate shall not exceed 25%, should often maintain a high charge rate.
