Several months ago, we got a special inquiry about a 3-ton dual-fuel forklift from our Pakistani customer. Why is it special? Because the lifting height requirement is 8.5 meters.
When we received such an inquiry, we thought it was a complicated problem. Generally, the maximum lifting height of the Gasoline & LPG forklift is only up to 8 meters. We have never dealt with such a lifting height, not only us but also the factories in domestic, because of the technical reason. This customer found us after looking for many solutions. Seeing that the customer was at a loss, we didn’t want to ignore the matter. Our goal is to solve the problems for all of our customers. We could feel the customer's anxiety who couldn’t carry out the project fluently only because of the half-meter gap.
What should we do? Our company quickly held a meeting for all of our engineers and the technical departments to discuss with this issue. During the hot discussion, a set of the programs finally got unanimous approval, the technical problems were finally overcome. From the mast steel, and tire type to the main internal components, they all got improvement and the various components could match each other perfectly. In the test period, we were nervous about whether it could lift to 8.5 meters. When the forks are lifted to the mark of 8 meters, every 10 decimeters affects our feelings. 8.1 meters, 8.2 meters......8.5 meters, we made it! It also performed perfectly in heavy load lifting.
The Pakistani customer received the forklift working video and showed gratitude and satisfaction. We also felt happy to provide the customer with a forklift that can meet the customer’s requirements.
