Routine inspection and maintenance:

1) Check the engine coolant or antifreeze level to see if it is sufficient.

2) Check whether the engine oil meets the standard, whether the engine belt tension is sufficient, whether the chain is loose, and whether the chain links are disjointed or falling off.

3) After starting, check the starting performance, smoke color, and abnormal noise of the diesel engine. Check the service braking performance.

4) Check direction flexibility after startup.

5) Check the oil, water and gas leakage of each system. Check the working condition of monitoring instruments.

6) Check whether there are any abnormal noises or overheating in various parts.

7) Check the tire pressure, whether it is cracked or abnormally worn.

8) Check whether the switches, pedals, joysticks, and buttons are working properly. Check whether the bolts and nuts of each part are loose or fallen off.

9) Focus on checking whether the wheel mesh, transmission shaft, and bridge bolts are loose. Check the flexibility of each control lever system and add lubricating grease.

10) Add lubricating grease to each hinge point and pin sleeve.

11) Add lubricating grease to the transmission shaft, water pump and other points.

50 hours: 

In addition to completing daily maintenance: after a total of 50 hours of work, the following related maintenance work needs to be performed.

1) Change engine oil

2) Replace all filters

3) Check the mast clearance and chain tension

4) Replace the transmission oil

250 hours:

In addition to completing 50 hours of maintenance: after a total of 250 hours of work, the following related maintenance work needs to be performed.

1) Clean the diesel filter screen and replace the diesel filter element of the internal combustion engine forklift.

2) Clean the air filter element of the internal combustion engine forklift and replace it if necessary.

3) Replace diesel engine oil filter element and replace diesel engine oil.

4) Check the battery pack, electrolyte, and electrolyte specific gravity of the battery car, and remove battery scale.

5) Check the transaxle oil level, hydraulic oil level, and add if necessary.

6) Check and replenish the brake fluid, check the braking performance and whether the tilt cylinder is synchronized.

7) Check whether the tire pressure meets the requirements.

8) Replace the gearbox with new oil.

9) Replace the hydraulic transmission oil filter element.

10) Check the mechanical transmission clutch contact condition.

11) Check the tightening conditions of the gearbox, engine bracket fastening bolts, and motor fastening bolts and nuts.

12) Check whether the mast roller clearance and chain tension are normal.

500 hours:

In addition to completing 250 hours of maintenance: after a total of 500 hours of work, the following related maintenance work needs to be performed.

1) Check the front and rear drive axles and replace the gear oil.

2) Clean the brake master cylinder and slave cylinder, and replace the brake oil.

3) Check whether the brake hub and brake pads are worn normally.

4) Check whether there are any abnormal sounds or overheating in various parts.

5) Check the various limits of the steering axle. The steering tires rotate normally at all angles.

6) Focus on checking whether the bridge and tire bolts are loose.

7) Remove contaminants on the surface of the water tank and radiator.

In addition, every 1000 hours, it is necessary to clean the fuel tank, replace the hydraulic oil filter element, and replace the hydraulic oil.
