Wheel loader is a heavy equipment machine (often used in construction) that is primarily used to "load" material (asphalt, demolition debris, dirt, feed, gravel, logs, raw minerals, recycled material, rock, sand, wood chips, etc.) into or onto another type of machinery (dump truck, conveyor belt, feed-hopper, rail-car, etc.).
The difference between Mechanical Control and Pilot control
Mechanical Control refers to the lever through the soft shaft mechanical pull and push the spool, in order to achieve the purpose of control action.
Pilot Control refers to the control of the spool through the hydraulic oil circuit. From the operation comfort, the pilot is better, the machine fretting is better, the operation is not easy to fatigue. But the relative price is higher.
The pilot operated control valves are actuated by the control device to control different functions of a work machine. The actuation of the pilot operated control valves produces pressure flows that are sent to the respective resolver. The orificing devices include a plurality of steps that may be varied in size and shape to dampen the pressure flow to the respective resolver so that independent control for the pilot operated control valves is achieved.
In short, the pilot control valve gathers the function of lifting, centering, descending, floating of the wheel loader.
