I. PP Wheels

PP plastic, chemical name polypropylene. Its deformation temperature is between 80-100℃, and also has a high bending fatigue.

II. PU Wheels

PU commonly known as Polyurethane.

Advantages of PU wheels:

1. Abrasion resistance, chemical erosion resistance, low pressure resistance, tear resistance, radiation resistance, high load and shock absorption and buffering.
2. PU wheel has excellent sound absorption characteristics, wheels in the process of movement does not make noise.

Usage environment of PU wheels:
PU wheels are widely used in medical industry, food processing industry, office, factory handling, warehousing and logistics, machinery manufacturing, etc. The operating temperature ranges from -35 ℃ to 80℃.

III. PA Wheels

PA wheel is nylon wheel, refers to the plastic made of polyamide resin.

Advantages of PA Wheels

1. High mechanical, good toughness, high tensile and compressive strength;
2. The absorption capacity of stress vibration is strong, the impact is stronger than the general plastic;
3. High softening point, heat resistance, can be used in 150℃ for a long time, after glass fiber reinforced high temperature nylon wheel, its thermal deformation temperature can reach more than 250℃;
4. Smooth surface, small friction coefficient, wear resistance;
5. Corrosion resistance, very alkali and most salt liquid, resistant to weak acid, oil, gasoline, but not resistant to strong acid and oxidizer;
6. Self-extinguishing, non-toxic, odorless, good weather resistance, inert to biological erosion, good antibacterial, mildew resistance.

PA wheels operating environment:

Widely used in factory handling, warehousing logistics, equipment manufacturing and other industries, the use of temperature range between -35 ℃ to 100℃, high temperature nylon wheel can be used in 250℃ high temperature environment.
